藍營大選選情不佳，國民黨總統參選人洪秀柱民調始終在第二、第三名徘徊。國民黨立委江啟臣今（24）日表示，母雞是否能拉抬大選選情，占有一定關鍵。江啟臣呼籲，黨中央及總統參選人之間，必須要去全盤考量，「畢竟選舉不是一個人的，是整個政黨」。

江啟臣指出，大部分立委候選人都希望，黨中央跟總統參選人能拿出最佳選戰策略，且這部分不是單獨候選人能做改變，是黨中央跟總統參選人要思考。

江啟臣也表示，不管最終參選總統人是誰，最終希望還是可以勝選，且不只是總統參選人勝選，立委參選人也能一起勝選。

總統府資政金溥聰昨日接受電台專訪時表示，國民黨選情不佳，必須要有新的變數，才能有翻盤機會。媒體提問江啟臣變數是什麼，江回答，不知道金說的變數是什麼，「但目前人選部分沒有聽說會變動」。
